Chief Privacy and Compliance Officer

As Chief Privacy and Compliance Officer, Jack directs the overall security operations and corporate intelligence for Verisk Health. In addition to developing operational strategy and leading a corporate information security team, Jack works closely with government agencies to ensure continual alignment with healthcare-related regulations. With a technical business background, he is a results-oriented leader known for driving outcomes in emerging markets. Jack’s unique proficiencies in information technology, voice recognition and data security bring tremendous value to Verisk Health’s efforts in advancing global healthcare transformation across the digital environment.

During his service with the CIA, Jack acted as an Operations Officer and personally conducted several of the CIA’s premier intelligence operations in some of the most difficult overseas environments. He has worked to promote stability and security in dozens of countries across the Middle East, Asia, and Europe. Jack holds a bachelor of arts from the University of Washington Foster School of Business.

Larry Gray

President, Payment Accuracy Division

Larry has an extensive background in healthcare management and technology. After holding leadership positions in hospitals and medical centers, Larry became the CEO of three successful start-up companies, the COO of a $500 million publicly traded company, and the President and CEO of a $2 billion publicly traded company. Larry was the President and Chief Executive Officer of CareAmerica Health Plans, which grew profitably from $4 million to over $300 million in revenue in less than six years. He then became President and Chief Executive Officer of FHP, California, a $2 billion healthcare organization, guiding that organization to a successful merger. Larry was also the Chief Operating Officer of U.S. Oncology, the largest national oncology management company. Larry holds a M.S. degree in Business Administration from Boston University and a B.S. degree in Business and Management from the University of Maryland. He has also been an Adjunct Professor at the University of Southern California. Larry enjoys skiing, hiking, sailing and scuba diving and is a rated private pilot.

Jamie Wells

President, Revenue and Quality Intelligence Division

President, Revenue and Quality Intelligence Division. Jamie Wells has extensive healthcare and disease management expertise, with specific areas of focus in performance improvement, quality, data management, metrics management, application development, reporting, and business intelligence. Jamie is often sought out for his opinions, commentary and expertise; referenced in national publications and making numerous presentations to health care trade associations. Prior to joining Verisk Health, Jamie held Vice President positions with WellPoint, one of the nation's largest health plans, and with EDS, a Fortune 500 national and international IT services company. With over 30 years of business management and information technology experience, he has streamlined operations and delivered solutions to government and commercial clients across the U.S. and abroad. Jamie holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Kennedy-Western University.
