Verisk Health to Help Granite Healthcare Network Identify and Mitigate Healthcare Risk

WALTHAM, Mass. — Verisk Health announced that Granite Healthcare Network (GHN) has selected the Verisk Health Provider Intelligence solution to identify, manage, and reduce healthcare risk across GHN’s commercial, Medicaid, and Medicare populations.  GHN, a coalition of five New Hampshire hospitals, will use the analytics solution to implement accountable care initiatives focused on optimizing service delivery.  Verisk Health is a global leader in risk management solutions that help organizations improve quality and reduce costs.

• forecasting utilization trends
• improving clinical and financial metrics
• assessing the illness burden of individuals and groups
• pinpointing patients at risk for high-cost cases
• analyzing provider practice trends and the impact on cost and risk
