See how our clients reduce costs, win new business, and deliver higher quality care.
Raj, Director of IT and Security

I’ve worked in the field of Information Systems for more than twelve years, the last seven of which have been spent at Verisk Health (formerly D2Hawkeye). These have been truly rich and fulfilling years of opportunity, learning, development, camaraderie and, very often, just good old-fashioned fun. There have certainly been challenges and hard work, but I count myself fortunate to be part of an organization which has given me, in the words of Teddy Roosevelt, “a chance to work hard at work worth doing”.
Coming from years of architecting data management systems, I was initially drawn to the potential of the ground-breaking work that Verisk Health was doing in the field of healthcare data management. Over the years, the growth of the organization has been nothing short of meteoric and I have had the good fortune of contributing to this in progressively responsible roles as a technical lead, system architect, project manager, and director of offshore operations. I am currently the Director of IT and Security, where I oversee our extensive technology and data warehouse assets.
I feel that at Verisk Health, in our own way, we are working towards the betterment of healthcare in our society as a whole. Our applications help identify emerging high-risk members for preventive measures; our quality indicators help to identify gaps in care; our actuarial reports help reduce unnecessary healthcare costs; our analytical tools help to discern macro health trends in populations of any size; and our virtual medical records provide health workers with actionable data at their fingertips. All of this translates to timely, personalized and less expensive treatments that work to keep members healthier.
Verisk Health is an organization that values every individual’s contributions, nurtures and supports, and at the same time constantly challenges you to exceed your potential in the company of brilliant men and women.
For me, not a single day goes by without a sense of achievement. Or adventure.
